Mark A Emeny MRICS MaPS - Director

Director and joint founder of ETP in 1995. Prior to this, Mark had almost 20 years of QS experience working with Clients as diverse as Arlington Securities, Grand Metropolitan Estates, Mars Confectionery, Nicholas Laboratories, Pedigree Petfoods, Sears Group Properties and numerous others. Since 1995 Mark has been Director responsible for Finance and IT .

Out of hours Mark is a keen Birmingham City supporter and cyclist.

Robert H Turley - Director

Bob is a co-founder of ETP, setting up business in 1995. He holds duties as a Director and Company Secretary.

Over 30 years in the construction industry as a Surveyor and Project Co-ordinator working in the Education, Health, Housing, Transport, Commercial Offices, Public Utility and Leisure sectors has given experience in building generally, construction technology and procurement knowledge. He has an honest commitment which is delivered with proactive enthusiasm to all projects he is involved with.

His family and friends, love of travel, love of sport generally and in particular his football team Aston Villa keep him fully occupied away from the office.

Cathryn Saunders BSc (Hons) MRICS - Manager

Cathryn has over 8 years experience with ETP working with their main leisure clients on various projects including nightclubs, themed bars, sports facilities and casinos. After beginning her career in Local Authority Cathryn’s experience as a Constultant QS now includes senior responsibilities across a number of disciplines including casinos, hotels, restoration and bespoke retail development.

Outside of the office her young family keeps Cathryn fully occupied.
