The Association of Project Safety (a Registered Company, Limited by Guarantee) provides a forum for all those individuals, organisations and relevant authorities involved in the supervision, management and education of health and safety practices, processes and proceedures in the undertaking of construction projects as defined in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 [CDM2007] in order to develop, set and advance standards of excellence together with relevance support and educational services.


The Health and Safety Commission is responsible for health and safety regulation in Great Britain. The Health and Safety Executive and local government are the enforcing authorities who work in support of the Commission.
