Emeny Turley Partnership Ltd (ETP) was established by Mark Emeny and Bob Turley in 1995 in response to a market need for commercially aware quantity surveying services and associated disciplines.

Our philosophy has always been founded on a desire to provide help and support to a Client which ensures that his project cost, time and quality objectives are met. This approach has led to a steady growth in our Client base, backed up by a significant level of repeat business.

In addition to ensuring that project budgets are realistic and achievable, we frequently advise Clients on their legal obligations in terms of the building contract, the CDM Regulations, etc.
